What is KT Kitchen Hub's Return Policy?

KT Kitchen Hub resale products come with a warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a specific period. If a product is deemed irreparable, a replacement will be provided, according to the manufacturer's Product Exchange Policy.

Money-Back Guarantee

To return a KT Kitchen Hub purchase for a full refund or goods exchange, you need to return the machine in original packaging within 3 days from date of delivery. KT Kitchen Hub is not responsible for return shipping charges incurred.

Any unpacked/opened purchases and Final Sale items (including special promotion items) are final sale and are not eligible for returns. They are only eligible for warranty service. If your machine arrived damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us and do not sign on the Delivery Receipt. Signing on Delivery Receipt indicates acceptance of the purchase and the purchase will only eligible for warranty service.

Intentional cosmetic decoration or modification that may impact a product's resale, refurbishment, restoration or usability will void the terms of your product's warranty and return policy.

If you send miscellaneous items to us, please notify us as soon as possible and allow us some time to inspect on the product conditions. If KT Kitchen Hub does not hear from you within thirty (30) days after KT Kitchen Hub's receipt of your item(s), KT Kitchen Hub reserves the right to dispose of your item(s) in accordance with applicable provisions of law. KT Kitchen Hub reserves its statutory and any other lawful liens for unpaid charges.

How to Submit Return Form for Purchase?

To return products purchased from KT Kitchen Hub, please complete the following steps:

  1. Submit the return form below. Our team will respond with return authorization information within seven (7) working days.
  2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.

Please note:

  • You must complete the return before shipping back a purchase. Unauthorized or billing-upon-receipt returns will not be accepted.
  • Your refund will be processed within 30 working days once the returned item is received and processed. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment method and the practices of your financial institution to receive the credited funds.
  • Counterfeit appliances are not eligible for return and/or refund.

*Refund policy is not applicable to counterfeit, stolen or otherwise ineligible products.

Can I Exchange One Purchased Item for Another?

KT Kitchen Hub does not offer exchanges unless the machine was damaged in transit. Machines are covered under warranty service with repair and servicing support. For purchases of final sale products from KT Kitchen Hub, sales are final and not subject to exchange. However, if your machine isn't functioning correctly or was damaged in transit, it is covered under warranty service. When Can I Expect My Refund?

Your refund will be processed within 30 working days once the return is received for any KT Kitchen Hub purchase. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment method used and the practices of your financial institution to receive the credited funds.

What is Not Covered by Warranty?

  1. Customer-Induced Damage: Damage caused by mishandling, negligence, misuse, or accidents such as drops, spills, or exposure to water or heat where not specified as water-resistant or heat-resistant.
  2. Pest or Animal Damage: Damage caused by pets, including but not limited to, such as chewing, scratching, or contamination from fur or saliva. Damage resulting from rodents, including gnawing on cables, parts, or other components. Damage due to insects or other pests that infest or cause damage to the product including contamination or destruction of internal components.
  3. Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or other non-functional aesthetic damage that does not impact the product's operation, functionality or performance.
  4. Environmental Damage: Damage caused by power surges, fire, lightning strikes, floods, or other environmental events.
  5. Act of Theft or Vandalism: Loss or damage resulting from theft is not covered under the warranty. Vandalism, intentional damage or destruction of the product caused by malicious acts is excluded from warranty coverage.
  6. Force Majeure: Force majeure is a natural event occurred beyond the reasonable control of KT Kitchen Hub which shall include but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters (including but not limited to landslides, flood, flash flood, fire and storm), Environmental Damage, war, strikes, government restrictions, national and international sanctions, or other external disruptions.
  7. Exclusion of Incidental and Consequential Damage: KT Kitchen Hub shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
    • Loss of income or revenue
    • Loss of business or anticipated savings
    • Downtime, loss of use, or inconvenience
    • Damage to property other than the product itself
    • Costs of shipping, removal, or reinstallation of the product (unless specifically covered under the warranty terms)
  8. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs, alterations or modifications made by individuals or service centres not authorized by KT Kitchen Hub will void the warranty.
  9. Use of Non-Genuine Parts or Accessories: Damage resulting from the use of parts or accessories that are not authorized or recommended by KT Kitchen Hub, which may affect the functionality or safety of the product.
