Shipping Notice

  • Experience the convenience of shopping online with us, where your purchases will be delivered right to your doorstep within 3-14 working days, depending on various circumstances.
  • While we always strive to deliver on time, please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from any delays beyond our control.

Tracking

After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via your contact information. This will enable you to track your package on the courier service's website and stay up-to-date on the delivery progress of your order.

Postage Fees

Shipping and postage fees are varied depending on parcel size and distance. A general reference fees as below:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Follows EasyParcel or Lalamove system calculator
  • Johor area: From RM80
  • Outskirt areas: Additional fees may apply
  • Singapore: 20% on total invoice amount

Fees subject to change from time-to-time. Final shipping fees should be based on system calculation.

Shipping Address

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change the shipping address.

Return Notice

All goods sold are non-refundable. However, in case of an unforeseen problem requiring an exchange, KT KITCHEN HUB SDN BHD promises to work our best to resolve the situation for our customers. Please note that we reserve the right to accept or refuse any exchange that does not meet our eligibility guidelines.

We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. To exchange an item purchased from our online store, simply visit a KT KITCHEN HUB SDN BHD store with your original receipt and the original item. Alternatively, if you wish to request an exchange from our online store, please contact our Customer Service agent to assist you with the exchange process. Kindly note that the products must be unused, unworn, unopened and in original packaging conditions with the original receipt to be eligible for exchange.

KT KITCHEN HUB SDN BHD also reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons. Possible reasons include potentially compromised security, fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing or non-payment.

Exchanges Eligibility

If the product delivered is damaged or defective, we will require proof of the parcel's condition with a photo taken during goods receipt and unboxing video as support. If we find that the item we shipped out is in good condition and any damage was caused by the courier service or the customer, we reserve the right to reject your refund request.

All return requests will be investigated by KT KITCHEN HUB SDN BHD and any approval or rejection depends on our sole discretion. However, we reserve the right to refuse your return and refund request if the request does not meet the return policy.

  • We do not accept "change of mind" as a reason for a refund.
  • We allow customer exchange with other products if any duplicate order is made by the customer itself.
  • We do not accept any refunds for pre-order items.
